Whoa! It's emails!

Hey Everyone!

Emails got moved to today, because I got really sick yesterday, and my companion had an appointment, and all sorts of madness.

This last week has been pretty good. I had Monday off, and was able to go on a proper hike (at least distance-wise). My companion and I, along with Elders Allison and Clark, hiked up City Creek Canyon for about 4.5 miles from the gate. So we made it past the water treatment plant, but not all the way up to Rotary Park. It was tons of fun, and I really needed the hike. That night, the mission had a talent show. I wasn't really looking forward to it in all honesty, but when we got to the Stake Center, I tried to re-focus myself, and tried to look for the good in all of the displays/presentations. It turned out to be a wonderful night, and I felt such love for the men I am serving with, and I know how much of a blessing they are in my life.

The rest of this week has really just flown by, until Friday when I was sick the whole day, and today, when I was less sick, and was helping out in another zone. I was working temporarily in the Church History Library, and helped present different artifacts to a couple of really large youth groups. It was super fun, and I really hope I get to serve in that zone at some point.

Well, that is all for this week!

I love you all, and hope that you have a great week!

Love,
Elder Bartholomew
